Heart Potential

Did you know that your heart will pump, on average, over 200 Million litres of blood during your lifetime? Not only is this amazing organ the engine of our physical body but recent research by the Heartmath Institute describes the heart as a more powerful communication tool than our minds (perhaps up to 60X more powerful!).

Tapping the potential of the heart is both a physical and meta-physical process. We are required to tend to our human existence but beyond the physical we must endeavor to discover the power of connecting with our heart center through the practise of stillness and meditation.
