Your first impression was given by your resume. Now that you have a job interview be prepared for your toughest sell. Be prepared for tough job interview questions. Tough job interview questions are designed to weed out people for the job. Do you think you are prepared?

One of the best ways to deal with tough job interview questions is to do a rehearsal. Practice answering tough questions in the mirror. Try to memorize your answers to the questions. Feel confident about yourself and dress appropriately when you go to the job interview. Even if you are nervous which most people will be don’t show it.

Remember that showing your confidence at a job interview will show a prospective employer what you are about. They will most likely try and shake that confidence to see how you respond by giving you some pretty tough questions. As long as you have rehearsed and are aware that employers will use job interview questions to see how you handle yourself you will do fine.
